Do choose a zone calendar for your event,
ie, USA Judo Canada East / etc. based on the location of the event!
This will color code the calendar to region!
USA Judo calendar is for points events and national events only!

Nane your documents format: YYYYMMDD-doc_name.doc so we can clean up old documents easily!

If you have no other place to "hang a file" on the web, you can use the judo.shiai account...
1. While logged into the judo.shiai@gmail.com account, go to "documents"

2. Upload your event doc. using red button top left(ish)...
3. Check the box in front of your event doc. and hit the "share" button above the list.
4. Make the doc. public and cut the link from this page and put it into your event info on the calendar!!!
5. success!
